. While women are known to go to great lengths to care for their skin, the new-age alpha men are not far behind. Men, to quite an extend tend to have sensitive skin. Stress, exposure to sun, cuts, scrapes and prolonged usage of heavy chemical based products can all lead to pesky skin problems.

Unfortunately pimples aren’t an issue just for the teenagers, grown men too tend to struggle with acne problem
. Fortunately there are countless ways to deal with them. The foundation of any counter-acne regimen is to have a fool-proof cleansing system. Use a 5 percent, over-the-counter, benzoyl-peroxide face wash follow it up with a medicated exfoliant to slough away the dead cells. Finish it off with a medicated moisturizer. Note:
Try exfoliating your skin at least thrice a week!
2) Sunburn- A simple question- how many men wear a sun-block before stepping out in the sun? The answer would be, not many. The harmful UV rays can cause irreparable damage to the skin. Preventive strategies like regular usage of sunscreen lotions, sunglasses and hats etc., can help in protecting the skin. A quick fix for painful sunburn is Vitamin E- slather some on at least twice a day and your skin will heal faster than you could imagine!
3) Eczema- Do you have itchy, flaky, dry skin patches all around your body and face? Well, you might be suffering from a condition called Eczema. Though it may sound as a simple skin condition, if left untreated , it can cause major health concerns. The first golden rule: DO NOT SCRATCH! It will make it worse! Topical steroid creams, acupuncture, and antihistimines are few solutions to deal with this condition. However, do consult a good dermatologist at the earliest !
4) Wrinkles- There are several things that are absolutely inevitable, wrinkles are one of them! As you age your skin gets thinner, drier, and less elastic. This leads to lines and wrinkles. While there isn’t much that you can do to avoid them , you can definitely delay the process! Switch to a healthier lifestyle, start taking care of your skin, drink plenty of water and above all, stay miles away from stress!
