It may surprise some, but it’s true; apart from dietary and lifestyle factors, our genes influence various properties of hair including its density, length, color, and texture. Though you can’t do much about your genes, you can definitely work on other factors like diet and proper care if you are one of those who like to sport long hair.

  • Eat Right

    The conditioning substances commonly present in conditioners are simethicone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, propylene glycol, hydrolyzed animal protein, glycerin, dimethicone, and stearalkonium chloride.

    Conditioners keep your hair moisturized and provide lipids to strengthen it. At the same time, they provide your hair with a healthy shine.
