How to prevent Hair-loss in Women
Female Pattern Baldness or Alopecia is a real medical condition. It occurs mainly on the top or crown of the scalp. It usually starts with a widening through the centre hair part.
Although Female Pattern Baldness is permanent, it seldom leads to complete baldness, as in the case of men.
Fret not guys! We have plenty of ways to prevent this from happening. The first one being, a Healthy Diet!
Add egg yolks, spinach, walnuts, bell peppers and other iron, zinc, Vitamin C and Omega-3 fatty acid rich food to your daily diet.
Drink enough water to keep your skin and scalp hydrated and to give natural moisture to your hair.
The only medication approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat female pattern baldness is minoxidil. But it is advisable to use any chemical only under a doctor’s guidance.
